Job Description

Basic Summary of Position: The position will be based in the Mississauga, Ontario facility and will be considered a part- time employee in the labour pool. Employees will be employed on a call-in basis that will align with business needs. Hours will change based on business needs. Will need to be available to work at least 24 hours in a week. The Picker/Packer is responsible for manually picking small electrical products to fulfill customer orders and then packing them for shipment. Requirements of Position:

• Manually picking and packing orders using a cart or a pump truck
• Use of SAP and RF guns for confirming orders
• Perform cycle counts/inventory counts
• Operate the computer system to create packing slips and shipping labels
• Perform customer pick-ups as required
• Additional duties as required.

Criteria:

• Applicants must have excellent verbal & written English skills.
• Attention to detail;
• a positive attitude and the ability to be a team player.
• Be punctual, reliable and flexible
• Work safety, wear PPE including safety shoes and follow personal hygiene rules
• Must have good and general computer skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided and operate a hand cart.
• Familiarity with SAP and RF guns.
