Qualifications:

? A passion for teaching students of

all ages

(4+)

?

Minimum RCM Grade 7

proficiency in piano

? At least

2 years

of teaching experience

?

University degree

or equivalent in music or related field

? Willingness to

travel to the Burlington studio

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and Deliver Customized Lessons:

Create individualized lesson plans and

develop schemes of work to cater to the varying levels and goals of your students.

?

Expand Musical Knowledge

: Introduce students to a broad range of musical styles,

materials, and repertoire that suit their stage of development.

?

Incorporate Musicianship Training:

Utilize ear training, theory, and instrumental

technique to provide a holistic music education.

?

Prepare Students for Success:

Guide students through performances, exams,

auditions, and festivals, instilling confidence and a love for music.

?

Engage with Parents:

Maintain regular communication with parents, sharing feedback

and progress reports to keep them informed and involved in their child's musical journey.

Motivate and Inspire:

Foster a positive learning environment that encourages students

to explore and enhance their musical abilities.
