Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards Facilitate engaging activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development Provide one-on-one tutoring and group instruction to support individual student needs Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment Incorporate cooking or hands-on activities to enhance experiential learning when appropriate Collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional strategies and program offerings Support the overall well-being of children by fostering positive behavior and social skills

Skills

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching young children Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage students effectively Experience with early childhood education principles and practices Ability to create fun, interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles Excellent communication skills for working with children, parents, and team members Creativity in developing educational activities, including cooking or hands-on projects when applicable Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for fostering children's growth and development RCM
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
