We are seeking a dedicated and organized Physiotherapy Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our clients and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service while overseeing a range of administrative tasks. This role requires a friendly demeanour, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a Receptionist who has experience working in a Physiotherapy clinic or has worked or is currently working in a Physiotherapy clinic.
Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls as necessary
Provide excellent customer support and service to clients
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Handle filing and organization of documents
Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is clean and organized
Support medical or dental office operations by managing appointments and patient inquiries (if applicable)
Skills
Proficient in QuickBooks and bookkeeping principles
Strong office experience with clerical duties
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Effective typing skills with a focus on accuracy
Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities
Previous experience in customer service roles, particularly in medical or dental settings is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
