is currently seeking a part-time or full-time receptionist/administrator who is highly-motivated, exceptionally reliable and committed to our vision of providing high performance therapy and sports rehabilitation. Kick owns and operates a well-established, physiotherapy-owned facility serving York Region and the surrounding area since 2008. We pride ourselves in having skilled therapists, focused on treating each individual in all aspects of their health.
We believe in creating a positive and friendly work atmosphere for all our staff and therapists. Our management team is very approachable, accommodating and eager to help. Our clinic is formed on the foundation of prioritizing advanced functional therapy and patient care.
Location:
Kick Woodbridge (Islington & Hwy 7)
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls to the clinic
Booking, confirming, cancelling and rescheduling patients
Daily patient invoicing and direct billing to insurance
Maintaining overall presentation of the clinic
Assessing inventory needs
Requirements:
Motivated and enthusiastic individual with experience in customer service
Experience with office administration duties (e.g. scheduling and billing patients, answering calls and emails, maintaining organization of the clinic, prepping for clinicians)
Works well in a dynamic fast paced team setting
An interest in fitness, health and wellness is an asset, though not required
Qualifications:
Customer service and experience answering phones is an asset
Ability to deal with team members from a management perspective
