Job Description

Skyview Ranch Physiotherapy is a multidisciplinary clinic with services that consist Physiotherapy services for MVA's, WCB's, Chiropractic services and Acupuncture/TCM .

We are looking for an experienced, friendly, energetic, and organized individual to join our team. This position will start ASAP as part-time.

Responsibilities Include:

Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information; recording and collecting patient charges; billing and spreadsheet management; filing, collecting, and expediting third-party claims Processing incoming and outgoing mail, courier and faxes Help Therapists at the back setting up treatment modalities/cleaning beds. Bank reconciliation, admin job responsivities as assigned by the clinic director.
Qualifications:

Previous work experience in a medical setting (i.e. physiotherapy clinic, chiropractic clinic, medical office) is required. Drive and self-motivation, as well as excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence A positive, enthusiastic attitude, with strong people skills Reliable, dedicated and customer-focused Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn and navigate new responsibilities.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
