We are a well established multidisciplinary clinic offering Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Chiropractic treatment and Massage Therapy in the heart of Mississauga. We are looking for someone who prides themselves in being punctual, friendly, and hard working.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Initiate and maintain patient communications during registration
Scheduling and confirming appointments using electronic booking systems, and maintaining efficient flow of practitioner schedules
Apply modalities such as IFC, ultrasound, laser, shockwave, IFC, and paraffin wax
Demonstrate and supervise exercises
Ensure safety and cleanliness of clinic
Skills and Experience:
Experience with administrative tasks is required
Experience working with a Physiotherapist and/or Chiropractor is required
Friendly and welcoming attitude, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
A professional who demonstrates initiative, attention to detail and follow through
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills are a must
Proficiency/fluency in the English language (written and spoken) is a must
Good computer skills
Fluency in Tagalog/Polish/Ukrainian is an asset
Please note: this position is casual and shifts (Monday to Saturday) are given based on a 24 notice period
