Starting wage: $31.22/hr






The North of Superior Healthcare Group - Wilson Memorial General Hospital site has an immediate vacancy for a Physiotherapist Assistant position. Under the direction of a Physiotherapist, will be responsible for routine treatment of both inpatients and out-patients including the application of modalities and the implementation of therapeutic exercise programs & classes as prescribed by the Physiotherapist. Will also be responsible for cleaning of supplies, equipment, and the department as well as some administrative/clerical duties.

Qualifications:

Graduate of a post-secondary Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy/Rehabilitation Assistant Program. Consideration will also be given to graduates from a University Baccalaureate Kinesiology Program. Minimum of two (2) years experience as a Physiotherapy Assistant preferred.
