Position Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced

Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least

1 year of clinical experience

and be

trained in all modalities

Being a Registered Kinesiologist or holding a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology is a strong asset

Key Responsibilities

Assist physiotherapists in implementing treatment plans and exercise programs Operate and monitor therapeutic modalities (ultrasound, IFC, laser, shockwave, etc.) Educate and guide patients on home exercises and rehabilitation techniques Maintain clean, organized, and safe treatment areas Document and track patient progress accurately Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a positive patient experience

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA)

Completion of a recognized Physiotherapy Assistant program

Proficient with all therapeutic modalities Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused

Being a Registered Kinesiologist or holding a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology is a strong asset

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
