Focusing on Trauma Patients the physiotherapist collaborates with the Trauma Consult Team to assess, diagnose and treat patients in a tertiary care setting. As a member of the trauma consult service, the Physiotherapist-Trauma Program collaborates with colleagues to determine team goals and objectives, participates in the evaluation of team effectiveness, and solves problems and shares responsibilities. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are required. Physiotherapists work on weekends in many areas of the hospital.The Physiotherapist-Trauma Program, in partnership with the Nova Scotia Health Trauma Program Manager also works closely and collaboratively with the Program Manager, Bone and Joint within the Rehabilitation and Supportive Care portfolio, Central Zone.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:
