Our
Physiotherapy Nordel Way
is situated in beautiful and exciting Surrey, British Columbia. It is a block away from Delta and a few minutes away from Burnaby, serving the Delta and Surrey communities for more than 25 years. With over 100 combined years of physiotherapy experience, we are looking for a passionate physiotherapist to work alongside our close-knit, fun-loving and high-performing team. Learn, grow, and be mentored in niche areas of interdisciplinary practice such as concussion rehabilitation, dizziness disorders and vestibular conditions, occupational rehabilitation, and complex multisite injury. In this role, you will experience a highly collaborative environment with longer and more frequent patient consultation times. Enjoy going deeper with your treatment interventions to address the whole patient in the recovery of functional goals. With over 9000 square feet, we are home to 16 private treatment rooms, and a spacious rehabilitation gym with cardio machines, functional trainers, adjustable lift stations, wall-mounted pulleys, free weights, sports equipment and work simulation tools. We firmly believe in customized active rehabilitation and meaningful patient education to match with manual therapies, needling, or modalities as they are indicated. Qualifications:
Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
Registered in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.
Experience in treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting.
Ideally, 1-3+ years of clinical rehabilitation experience, with advanced orthopedic courses being a strong asset, notably in the pelvic health program.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
Proven ability to hit the ground running and work effectively with minimal supervision.
New Graduates who are fully licensed are welcome to apply.
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.
