As a full time Physiotherapist split between our Richmond Hill Centre and Oak Ridges clinic, you'll have all the tools and resources you need to grow your practice and develop your skills. Take an inside look at what you'll do each day




Regular social activities

with the team

Monthly clinical training

on topics chosen by our team. The training is facilitated by our Learning and Development team and /or external specialists. Examples of training topics offered this year: Long COVID, traumatic brain injury

Networking

with senior clinicians Work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, directed towards maintaining and enhancing their physical abilities, lifestyle and well-being Be responsible for managing and prioritizing clinical caseloads, and for the coordination and delivery of therapeutic services Participate in a collaborative care model providing holistic, comprehensive care to meet the needs of clients Promote positive relationships between clients, team members, funders and the community

What you need to be successful




You are a graduate of a recognized School of Physiotherapy Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario Passion about your profession and committed to ongoing professional development A strong client-centered approach Preference given to those who are Cantonese/Mandarin speaking
