Job Description

Kinetica Health Group is a multidisciplinary clinic that has been located on Danforth Avenue since 2006. We are looking to add another physiotherapist to our expanding clinic.

Days that we require coverage for are 2 of the following 4 available times - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. Follow up treatments are roughly 30 minutes in length and are all one on one. We are a private boutique style clinic and mostly deal with EHC and minimal MVA. No WSIB at the present time.

You will be joining a clinic that has been established for over 15 years and also has another 2 physiotherapists, chiropractor, osteopath, naturopathic doctor and 2 massage therapists.

Our office focus is on sports injuries and Orthopedics with an emphasis on manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation.

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in manual therapy and rehabilitation. Education in specialized courses such as Mulligan, McKenzie and other manual techniques would be an asset. Advanced training in Kinesiotaping, Rehabilitation, SFMA or Pilates would also be of benefit. You would also have access to electrotherapy, Theralase laser, Hydrocollator, an Ultrasound unit and acupuncture needles and cupping if you practice the 2 latter techniques. Learning some of these techniques would also be a benefit of working out of our clinic as our therapists are well versed in the above modalities.

Compensation is based on a favourable fee split.

Pay: $45.00-$84.00 per hour
