We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and growth-oriented

Physiotherapist

to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you'll collaborate with chiropractors, trainers, and other health professionals to deliver evidence-based, individualized care that helps patients return to life, sport, and activity stronger than before.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical conditions and goals. Develop and implement personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans. Utilize a mix of manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to optimize outcomes. Track progress and adapt treatment plans to ensure continuous improvement. Work in collaboration with trainers and coaches at The Exercise Lab to support seamless transitions from rehab to training. Provide clear communication and education to clients and their families about treatment plans, home programs, and long-term strategies. Maintain professional documentation and stay current on best practices in physiotherapy.
Experience & Qualifications

Licensed Physiotherapist (in good standing). Experience in sports rehab, orthopedics, or working with a diverse client base is a strong asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy and patient connection. Ability to work as part of a collaborative healthcare and performance team. Desire to continually grow, learn, and contribute to a dynamic clinic culture.
