Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries by providing physical therapy and rehabilitation services. Your primary focus will be on patient care in various settings such as acute care, with a special emphasis on working with patients.
Duties:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and medical history.
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve patients' mobility, strength, and range of motion.
- Instruct patients in exercises and activities to enhance their recovery process.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Physiotherapist.
- Proficiency in related to physical therapy.
- Experience working in clinical settings is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with patients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
