About Move To Move
Located in Calgary's historical Ramsay-Inglewood neighbourhood for 9 years, Move To Move is more than just a clinic. We combine a Rehabilitation Clinic with a Movement School/Gym (
4000+ sqft facility
) to offer a truly comprehensive approach to health and wellness.
Our services include: Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Manual Osteopathic Therapy, Private Training, and Group classes. We prioritize a collaborative team environment to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
As demand for our unique approach continues to grow, we are expanding our team again to meet the needs of our community.
Your Role and Caseload
You will manage a robust
primarily private-pay caseload (90%)
of active and motivated clients. Our patient base includes members of Calgary's
extended, personalized 1-on-1 assessment and treatment sessions.
Progressive Practice:
Utilize electronic charting and engage in comprehensive, evidence-based care.
Collaboration:
Independently assess and implement treatment plans while actively collaborating and referring within our multidisciplinary team.
Team Participation:
Actively participate in monthly clinical rounds and staff meetings.

Position Details
Type:
Part-Time or Full-Time (Minimum
3 days per week
, minimum 5-hour shifts).
Hours:
Mix of morning and afternoon/evening shifts. Saturdays are negotiable.

Required Education & Experience
Registration in
good standing
with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest and/or experience in treating
musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries
.
Demonstrated commitment to postgraduate professional development.
Strong knowledge and interest in therapeutic exercise.
Assets:
2+ years of clinical experience in a private practice setting. Certifications in Manual Therapy and Dry Needling/Acupuncture.
Responsibilities
Maintain and manage a robust fee-for-service (private) caseload.
Utilize electronic charting for comprehensive documentation.
Independently assess and implement treatment plans while collaborating and referring within a multidisciplinary team when necessary.
Demonstrate professionalism, leadership, critical thinking, effective communication, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Educate, advise, and motivate patients and team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Actively participate in clinic rounds and staff meetings.
