Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital settings, particularly in acute care and pediatrics. This role involves assessing patients' physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to enhance recovery and improve mobility. The Physiotherapist will play a crucial role in patient care, ensuring that each individual receives the highest standard of therapeutic support.

Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote healing and recovery. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with medical standards. Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and medical terminology.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. Valid physiotherapy license to practice in the relevant state or region. Previous hospital experience is preferred, particularly in acute care settings. Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus. Strong understanding of medical terminology related to physiotherapy practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient education. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating compassion and empathy towards patients. Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
