Velocity Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation is a multidisciplinary sports medicine and rehabilitation facility located in Mississauga.We are currently looking for an administrator to join our group of professionals! If you are mature, hard working, extremely organized, have strong computer skills and a strong customer service background then we have the right opportunity for you.:

• Greeting all patients in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Answering telephone calls, providing accurate information to patients regarding their upcoming appointments & treatments
• Booking appointments for Athletic Therapy, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, and Chiropractic
• Taking payments, handling cash/debit/credits and accurately balancing at the end of the night
• Ensuring the smooth running of the office, including the complex flow of confidential information
• Ensuring office/clinic space is clean

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a administrative/clinic role is preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language (Verbal & Written)
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask while keeping patient service a top priority
• A team player with a friendly disposition

• General knowledge of our basic health services
• Knowledge in musculoskeletal health care not necessary but an asset

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per weekSalary: $16.00-$17.00 per hourBenefits:

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
