Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance

PHP-based web applications

and backend services. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards. Work with PHP frameworks such as

Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, or Zend Framework

. Design and manage

databases

(MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) including schema design, optimization, and queries. Integrate third-party APIs, RESTful services, and external data sources. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and front-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. Maintain documentation including system design, workflows, and technical specifications. Ensure security and compliance standards within application development.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Strong experience in

PHP 7/8

and object-oriented programming concepts. Hands-on experience with at least one modern PHP framework (

Laravel preferred

). Strong understanding of

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

, and front-end technologies. Experience with relational databases (

MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL

). Knowledge of version control systems, especially

Git

. Understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful services, and API development. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
