Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work in an all-women based studio located in Sudbury, ON. We are looking for a photographer to work under Adriana Roque, receiving tips and training from her. We specialize in boudoir photography but also offer maternity and newborn sessions. Applicants must share similar values to Boudoir by Adriana. Duties:

Capture high-quality and visually appealing photographs in various settings and environments Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project Use artistic and technical skills to compose shots, adjust lighting, and select appropriate equipment Edit and retouch photos using industry-standard software to enhance their quality and appearance Manage and organize digital files, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored for easy access Stay up-to-date with current trends, techniques, and technologies in photography
Experience:

Must be a graduate of a post-secondary photography program and be able to provide their portfolio to demonstrate their work Proficiency in color theory, composition, and art direction Strong knowledge of photography equipment and techniques Excellent understanding of lighting principles and how to manipulate light for desired effects
Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in managing online portfolios or galleries This position requires a creative eye, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and subjects. A portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
