Are you a highly skilled and creative photo retoucher with experience in real estate or architectural photography? Are you proficient in graphic design and capable of creating captivating brochure layouts and other marketing materials? Do you have a strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to create visually compelling content? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Photo Retoucher and Graphic Designer. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with photographers and creative team members to enhance and retouch real estate photographs to meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Utilize advanced retouching techniques to adjust color, lighting, composition, and other visual elements while maintaining a natural and realistic appearance.
  • Ensure that all images are consistent in style and meet the established brand guidelines.
  • Create visually appealing brochure layouts, marketing materials, and other graphic designs that effectively communicate our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the team and clients to develop innovative and engaging designs for social media platforms, including posts, ads, and banners.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a photo retoucher, preferably with a focus on real estate or architectural photography.
  • Proficient in using Adobe products such as Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustraor and other relevant software tools for photo retouching and enhancement and design layout.
  • Strong understanding of color correction, framing and composition.
  • Solid portfolio showcasing your expertise in photo retouching and graphic design.
  • Experience in creating brochure layouts and marketing materials is highly desirable.
  • Digital Printing knowledge and experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in creating visually engaging content.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a creative team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • College or Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is a plus.
