Overview

We are seeking a motivated salesperson comfortable with follow up by phone to work in our Automotive Finance Centre. Working with new leads, old leads, and a solid customer base to assist clients being pre-approved for automotive loans, and making appointments to view vehicles. This is not a vehicle sales position. The focus of the role is quality appointment generation.

If you can visualize the role of a mortgage broker and the activities of building a relationship, obtaining an application and necessary supporting documents to facilitate and approval, you can then understand clearly the role.

Duties

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers who have submitted inquiries.
- Explain process and build relationships with prospective client.
- Obtain credit applications and supporting documents.
- Work with Finance Management to obtain approval.
- Finalize with appointments in store to meet with Sales Management.

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this position you must have a strong work ethic, be motivated, a great communicator, and driven by financial rewards. Spending most of your time working with new prospects to work towards a pre-approval for a vehicle. Sometimes taking only a few minutes, and others taking weeks or months to cultivate the circumstances needed to finance a vehicle.

Compensation

$20 per hour base pay plus commissions.

Commissions based on applications taken $10 each, appointments generated $25 each, and Deals that deliver $100. Can easily add up to $3000-$5000 in added bonuses.

You must possess the following skills. The willingness to make 100plus outbound calls a day. The ability to make a connection and build a relationship quickly with a prospect. The motivation to learn, grow, succeed, and earn well. While the base compensation is hourly, the expectation is that the chosen candidates will earn double that with commissions.
