We are looking for a motivated and skilled
Sales & Repair Technician
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical skills to repair phones and laptops, along with strong customer service and sales experience to help grow our business.Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair laptops, phones (iPhone, Samsung, Android), and other electronics. Perform phone unlocking and troubleshooting. Assist customers in selecting laptops, phones, and accessories. Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships. Work towards sales growth and targets while maintaining professionalism. Keep the work area organized and ensure timely service.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in
phone and laptop repair
(required). Knowledge of phone unlocking and software troubleshooting. Strong communication and customer service skills. Sales experience in electronics/computers is an asset. Ability to work independently and in a team. Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow with the company.What We Offer:
