Phone Operator Required Qualifications: Santa Lucia Pizza is a busy Italian and Greek restaurant and is currently seeking friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic Phones Personnel for a part-time position. Required Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills, outgoing patient, and positive attitude Attention to detail and organized. Strong critical thinking skills Well-groomed and take pride in personal appearance Strong communicator with both customers and co-workers Able to work independently and as a team Restaurant experience is considered an asset but not necessary Must be 16 years of age Must be available daytime, evenings, and weekends Job Responsibilities: Greet, enter pickup orders and take payments for pickup guests Answer phones, take orders and handle general inquiries Provide prompt, hospitable, and efficient service for our customers in person and over the phone Maintain urgency and momentum in a fast-paced atmosphere Menu knowledge Provide assistance to other departments as needed Continually following company policies, safety & health standards Resumes must be dropped off to a manger, in person at F-1260 18th Street Brandon during non-peak hours. Part-time hours: 30 per week Salary: From $15.30 per hour Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Brandon, MB R7A 5C3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
