We are seeking a skilled

Phone & Computer Repair Technician

to join our Beaumont, Alberta store team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing and repairing a variety of smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers, delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose hardware and software issues in smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery changes, component repairs, virus removal, and software troubleshooting Test devices to ensure full functionality after repairs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Provide excellent customer service and explain repair details clearly Keep accurate repair logs and inventory of parts used Stay up-to-date with the latest phone and computer models and repair techniques
Requirements:

Proven experience in phone and computer repair or electronics repair Knowledge of common phone and computer issues and solutions (screens, batteries, charging ports, software issues, virus removal, hardware upgrades) Ability to use repair tools and equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and customer service orientation Ability to work independently during scheduled hours [Optional: Certification or training in phone and computer repair]
