Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Bio-Test Laboratory. In this role, you will be responsible for performing blood draws and ensuring a positive experience for patients. Your expertise will directly contribute to our commitment to quality healthcare and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform venipunctures and capillary draws with precision and care. Ensure patient comfort and safety during blood collection procedures. Maintain accurate records of patient information and specimen collection. Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely processing of samples. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures in the laboratory setting. Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Certification as a Phlebotomist or equivalent experience required. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to phlebotomy. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in a hospital or laboratory setting is an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
