Phlebotomist
Job Description
Perform phlebotomy on patients in safe and seamless manner
Handle incoming laboratory patients for phlebotomy
Organization of laboratory records and documentation
Data entry into EMR (patient charts)
Accession, spin, separate and prepare blood for transportation to lab
Strict attention to detail, ensuring sample identification is correct and specimen requirements met according to established procedures
adherence to patient privacy
Answer phones and patient support
