Responsible for day-to-day activities related to drug distribution and provision of Pharmaceutical care under the supervision of a Pharmacist or Technician. Duties may also include distribution activities such as technical and clerical functions relatedto quality assurance, drug distribution, inventory control, and compounding.
EDUCATION
Enrollment or completion of an OCP recognized Pharmacy Technician or BSc Pharmacy or PharmD college/university program
QUALIFICATIONS
Hospital Pharmacy experience preferred.
Experience with electronic/robotic drug distribution systems, drug compounding are an asset
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain composure under stress.
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Computer knowledge and skills required.
Must be bondable.
Demonstrated excellent work and attendance record required.
