Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Pharmacy Operations Manager and other Pharmacy Team Members, you will be responsible for:

Patient greeting and confirmation of the accuracy of all pertinent prescription information before filling Data entry of patient care information Third-party adjudication where required and necessary Accurate dispensing of prescription medications Maintenance of pharmacy stock through inventory control systems General OTC inquiries from patients and referrals to Pharmacists where required and necessary Handling customer prescription pick-up Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required in the Pharmacy Preparing compliance packaging

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in pharmacy setting Strong commitment to providing high-level customer service experience Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation Strong communication skills Strong motivation to succeed Proficient computer/data/entry skills Experience with Kroll/Telus Health is an asset Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada Offer of employment is subject to a clear enhanced criminal record check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
