Pharmacy Operations Manager - Nova ScotiaThe MacQuarries Group of Pharmasave\xe2\x80\x99s is looking to add a Pharmacy Operations Manager to our team. This new position will be responsible for oversight of 8 of our current 16 pharmacies. The position will report to our COO.The Pharmacy Operations Manager ensures the overall successful operations of these pharmacies as well as leading new initiatives while maximizing efficiency and patient care. This is a Senior Management position which may require working beyond a 40-hour work week when required.We are a dynamic company with great opportunities. We are looking for an individual to join our team in achieving this success.Position Overview:\xc2\xb7 You will follow our ABC\xe2\x80\x99s - You must have a great attitude, professional behavior and want to positively contribute to our team\xc2\xb7 Works closely with the Dispensary Managers in all locations to set strategic and measurable goals and vision for the dispensary and work with them to achieve this.\xc2\xb7 Ensure successful implementation of a workflow optimizing space and time to allow for greater efficiency and more consultation (i.e. expanded scope, med reviews)\xc2\xb7 Work with the Dispensary Managers to ensure thorough training for all team members\xc2\xb7 Coach and guide the Dispensary Managers ensuring there are regular employee coaching, progress reviews and consistent communication meetings where all areas for improving are discussed\xc2\xb7 All insurance and third-party billing information is accurate, and maximized\xc2\xb7 Work to increase our compounding profile in the Valley and other areas\xc2\xb7 Help to develop a plan to grow prescription count and customer count\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the Director of Human Resources and the Dispensary Managers for recruitment and retention, staff development and continual improvement of the culture within the dispensary and entire store\xc2\xb7 Work with managers to maximize scheduling\xc2\xb7 Regular check and approve ADP for the pharmacy team\xc2\xb7 Ensure there are regular clinics addressing the health needs of the community\xc2\xb7 Increase profit with new ideas and service, track productivity, optimize our inventory\xc2\xb7 Member of the Senior Management Team contributing to the overall business management of the organizationPowered by JazzHR
