Job Description
We're a forward-thinking pharmacy looking for an Operations Manager who's organized, curious, and interested in tech/sofware.
We're actively using tech tools to make our operations more efficient.
Your role:
Improve and streamline internal workflows Optimize inventory using inventory management software Management of teams according to experience Take initiative and drive things forward independently
What we're looking for:
Experience in pharmacy or retail operations Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfort with digital tools and automation (inventory management - big asset) A self-starter who gets things done
