About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional

Pharmacy Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our community pharmacy. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of pharmacy services while maintaining excellent patient care and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations including dispensing, inventory, and workflow. Ensure compliance with all federal and provincial regulations (CPHM, Health Canada, NAPRA). Provide professional patient counselling and clinical services. Supervise and support pharmacy staff and promote a positive workplace culture. Maintain accurate records for prescriptions, narcotics, and inventory control. Communicate effectively with prescribers, patients, and third-party insurance providers. Implement and monitor quality assurance and patient safety practices. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and staff training.

Qualifications

Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the

College of Pharmacists of Manitoba

(or eligible for licensure). Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage workflow in a low- to moderate-volume setting (approx. 20 prescriptions per day). New graduates or those without previous manager experience are welcome to apply. Experience with Kroll software is an asset.
