Opening for a F/T Designated Pharmacy Manager In Windsor, Ontario.

Must have a license to practice in Ontario. Strong written and communication skills with patients and other health professionals. Commitment to providing excellent customer service. Hours of Operations are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, closed on weekends.

: Supervise Pharmacy staff to ensure completion and accuracy of work. Preparing/organizing Staff schedule. Provide professional advice and dialogue with patients. Perform MedsChecks & Professional Services.

As the Pharmacy Manager, you will be expected to oversee the overall operations of the pharmacy, including all staff-related, inventory, and financial aspects of the business. In this role, we are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring efficient and accurate medication dispensing
- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care and medication therapy management
- Monitor medication inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing and patient profiles
- Provide counseling to patients on medication usage, side effects, and potential drug interactions
- Stay updated on the latest developments in pharmacy practice and ensure staff adherence to best practices

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of medication administration, drug interactions, and patient care protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
