Impact



Oversee the pharmacy operations at our new Vancouver clinic and ensure high-quality care for our patients. Lead a safe and efficient pharmacy with a focus on patient education and medication management during fertility treatment. Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to support seamless patient journeys. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, pharmacy best practices, and Twig protocols.

Responsibilities



Set up the pharmacy during the pre-opening phase to meet accreditation and inspection requirements. Manage daily operations of the on-site pharmacy including dispensing, counselling and inventory management. Provide guidance and education on fertility medications including injectable, time-sensitive, and temperature-sensitive products. Maintain accurate ordering, storage, and documentation of medication inventory. Recruit, supervise and support pharmacy team members while ensuring smooth coordination with the clinic. Communicate clearly and promptly with patients and providers via phone, email, and patient portal. Prepare for regulatory inspections and internal quality audits. Ensure all activities meet BC College of Pharmacists, Health Canada and Twig Fertility standards. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure all activities also meet the BC College of Physicians and Surgeons' standards.

Requirements



Registered pharmacist in British Columbia in good standing. At least 3 years of pharmacist experience, including 1 year in a leadership or management role. Experience in fertility or specialty pharmacy is preferred but not required. Experience with Propel Rx is preferred but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Must enjoy learning and interacting with people of all backgrounds. Experience, willingness and comfort with providing care to LGBT2SQ individuals and couples.

Schedule



Full-time, permanent.(This role will begin as a consultant (part-time) position in August 2025 to support pre-opening activities, including the pharmacy accreditation process. The position will transition to full-time once the clinic officially opens.) Monday to Friday, 7:00AM-3:00PM. Some weekends or holidays as needed.

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
