Pharmacy Manager

to lead daily operations and guide our team.

What You'll Do

Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, workflow, and staff management Ensure all prescriptions are filled safely, accurately, and on time Provide professional counselling on medications, interactions, and side effects Monitor drug inventory, expiry dates, and supply levels Maintain and audit patient profiles, records, and third-party billing Supervise prescription processing, compounding, and medication dispensing Train, support, and motivate dispensary team members Ensure compliance with Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) regulations Address patient concerns and resolve any service-related issues Coordinate with other healthcare providers and long-term care teams

What We're Looking For

Licensed Pharmacist in Alberta (in good standing with ACP) Minimum 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Manager, or 2+ years as a full-time pharmacist Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and decision-making ability Experience using

Kroll Pharmacy Software

Able to manage priorities in a busy pharmacy setting Long-Term Care experience is an asset Must be comfortable supervising others and taking initiative

Additional Requirements

Pharmacy degree from a recognized institution Knowledge of pharmacy equipment and regulatory standards Criminal background check (required upon hire)
