Pharmacy Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Oversee and support staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and technicians. Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of prescriptions using

Kroll

. Provide patient counseling and education on medications and health matters. Maintain inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and managing stock. Implement and monitor policies and procedures to support safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Foster a positive work environment and deliver excellent customer service. Prepare reports and ensure proper documentation as required.

Qualifications

Licensed Pharmacist. Minimum 2-3 years of pharmacy experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role preferred. Proficiency with

Kroll Pharmacy Software

. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
