Pharmacy Manager

to join our team!

We are a small family owned pharmacy located in Kitchener, ON. We specialize in prescription and non-prescription health and wellness products. We are looking for someone that is dependable, reliable, and works hard to provide excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to customers

Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy including scheduling, inventory management, and patient scheduling Assist patients with questions regarding their prescription medication Answer phone calls and take orders Process prescriptions and make adjustments as needed to ensure a fair and equitable prescription process Resolve customer issues and concerns

Required Skills:

Strong phone skills, excellent verbal communication skills, strong listening skills, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task, ability to work in a team environment with different personalities.

Strong attention to detail with follow through on tasks. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Ability to manage time effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to adapt quickly and learn new things.

The fundamental skills below are a must to run the pharmacy:
1: Kroll experience
2. Inventory management
3. Management of OTC stock
4. Experience with Methadone dispensing

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

pharmacist: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:

Pharmacy License (required) Immunization certificate (required)

Pay: From $53.00 per hour
