DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Customer Service
? Provides courteous and respectful service by applying customer service standards and "Clientitude" principles.
? Responds to patient requests within the legal limits of his position and respects the confidentiality of the information disclosed;
? Explains "communi-cards," receipts, flyers and product locations;
? Ensures the confidentiality of conversations with patients at all times by using the areas set aside for this purpose;
? Transmits, preserves or destroys confidential information in a secure and appropriate manner;
? Calls clients who have "owes";
? When the cashier makes a telephone call and must leave a message in a voice mailbox, he must ensure that he follows the rules to that effect;
? Collects and communicates customer suggestions to his superior;
? Confirms the lack of merchandise and issues an "Our Apologies" coupon to customers when a discounted product is sold out.
Work Methods
? Quickly and accurately scans each item purchased by a customer, receives customer payments, confirms the customer's identity if required, delivers change, gives receipts and bags purchases;
? Makes cash deposits and completes cash reports using deposit slips, discount coupons and remittance sheets;
? Rotates the "pick-ups";
? Prepares deliveries using the appropriate software;
? Sorts the prescriptions;
? Cleans the counter, the cash register (respecting the standards for this purpose), the shelves, maintains the waiting room, maintains the advertising area under the television screen, and the glass side of the laboratory;
? Maintains and fills the blood pressure monitor;
? Ensures that there is no shortage of working tools such as packaging bags, cash rolls, change, etc..;
? Ensures that the front of the checkout counter is always clean and unobstructed by picking up papers and products from the floor;
? Answers the phone and ensures that patient calls are attended to;
