Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Fill a variety of prescriptions efficiently to maintain workflow

\xc2\xb7 Prepare compounds, mixtures and temperature control items

\xc2\xb7 Package blister pack medications

\xc2\xb7 Deliver completed product based on schedules

\xc2\xb7 Ensure appropriate follow up on minor issues

\xc2\xb7 Synchronization and collaboration with other departments

\xc2\xb7 Ensure organization of work station and inventory shelves

\xc2\xb7 Maintain appropriate supplies and materials

\xc2\xb7 Some involvement in prescription information management

\xc2\xb7 Recognize liability on the outcomes of service provided

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

Required:

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills and customer service skills

\xc2\xb7 Detail oriented

\xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritize work assignments

\xc2\xb7 Ability to adapt to change

\xc2\xb7 Experience working in a fast-paced environment where high attention to detail and accuracy is essential

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work and maneuver quickly and consistently for extended periods of time

\xc2\xb7 Positive, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude

\xc2\xb7 High School Diploma

Preferred:

\xc2\xb7 Exposure to Hospital or Long Term Care Pharmacy

\xc2\xb7 Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment

\xc2\xb7 Pharmacy Technician Diploma from accredited college, but not required

This role requires employees to be flexible to work a variety of shifts during the business\xe2\x80\x99 hours of operations, which include occasional weekend shifts and statutory holidays.
