Rockyview Pharmacy, a leading Healthcare provider and one of the oldest pharmacies in Alberta, since 1904, located in the beautiful town of Crossfield, about 10 minutes north of Airdrie, is looking for a full-time Pharmacy Assistant.
Job Details:
- We offer a flexible schedule with no evenings, no Sundays and very few Saturdays. We also offer a very competitive salary (starting $18 per hour and based on experience) and benefits.
- Enjoy the atmosphere of the beautiful small town while located 10 minutes away from a big city.
- Please note that previous experience as a pharmacy assistant is preferred but not a must.
Duties:
- Ordering, stocking, and cashier duties.
- Support and assist pharmacists with patient care.
- Dispensing prescriptions.
- Accepting prescriptions from patients.
- Data entry of patient care information.
- Third-Party adjudication.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher degree.
- Higher than average math skills
- Good computer knowledge including Word, Excel, and fast typing.
- Excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast environment.
