• Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to orders, billing, service and supply logistics, system troubleshooting, faxing & scanning and general administrative tasks
• Ensures Proper documentation is completed with respect to the receiving and return of goods
• Maintain the optimal stock of inventory at pharmacy to pre-specified minimum stock
• Use PDT and MMS systems to perform daily tasks xe2x80x93 receiving products, cycle count, process claims etc.
• Completes daily reports of inventory discrepancies
• Process claims for discrepancies and expired goods in timely manner
• Stock supplies to shelves on daily basis and rotate the stock accordingly
• Ensure organization of workstation and inventory shelves
• Action Recalls within 24hrs of notice and find alternatives when products are unavailable
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customerxe2x80x99s inquiries and concerns; must determine the cause of the problem and determine the best solution to solve the problem
• Build, establish and maintain open lines of communication with their team, peers, trainers, Managers, and all other areas of the Company to facilitate in learning and problem solving
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every interaction, ensuring quality service is provided to both internal and external clients
• Provides back-up support to other group members as required including Automation and Filling
• Participate in special projects and assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Recognize liability on the outcomes of service provided
• Commitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

Qualifications:

• Experience in merchandising for at least 1-2 years
• Strong attention to details, interpersonal and communication skills including ability to work in a cross-functional environment and communicate with all levels of the organization
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Demonstrated decision making skills
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment where high attention to detail and accuracy is essential
• Ability to work and maneuver quickly and consistently for extended periods of time
• High School Diploma
• Exposure to Hospital or Long-Term Care Pharmacy
• Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment
• Pharmacy Technician Diploma from accredited college, but not required
