Job description We are a friendly busy and well established pharmacy looking to hire a Reliable Part-time pharmacy assistant to join our staff may lead to Full time .previous experience is a must. Living in Maple or Woodbridge is a plus for easy commute. Avaliable shift : Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon Friday 11-7.30 Saturday 9-2 WORKING HOURS ( 20HOURS/WEEK) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : * patient greeting and confirmation of accuracy of all pertinent prescription * Data entry of patient care information into computer system .Nexssys PharmaclicK computer system knowldege is preferable . *Third party adjudication * Accurate dispensing prescription medications * Maintenance of pharmacy stock and ordering from wholesaler * Answering customer prescription lines *Handling customer prescription pick up QUALIFICATIONS : * English and Italian speaking preferably . * Living in Maple or Woodbridge for easy commute. * Be enrolled in/or completed post-secondary education ( university/college) * Reliable ,fast and smart ** * Able to work under pressure and stress** * Excellent problem solving skills ** * Proficient computer/data entry skills ** * Strong communication skills ** * A Previuos experience is a plus * Experience with Nexsys computer system is a plus. * Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon ,Friday and Saturday COMMITMENT : * long term commitment is required (2 years minimum) Job Type: Part-time Job Type: Part-time
