Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and ensuring patient care needs are met. Maintain accurate medication records and assist with intake processes. Support the pharmacy team in managing inventory and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. Collaborate with healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes through effective medication management.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to pharmaceuticals and patient care. Experience in acute care settings is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding patient service. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining attention to detail.
