An ideal candidate will have previous customer service, or preferably previous pharmacy experience. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Blister packs production Initial Visual Verification/first check of blister packs produced Replenish Synmed stock Maintaining and ordering synmed supplies (Dispill) Monitor and coordinate with Pharmacy Operations Manager for medication supply, ordering and usage Ensure stock bottles are organized on the shelf Return medication back to stock Coordinate with SynMed Customer Support for maintenance and troubleshooting Fridge Temperature Logging Selecting proper medications to fill prescriptions Managing incoming prescription requests via pharmacy management system File appropriate documents in the appropriate locations Efficiently count or measure, package, and label prescriptions, Maintain proper storage of medications within the pharmacy Customer confidentiality and privacy is top priority Ensure stock rotation is completed and expired product is removed from the shelf monthly
General/Other Duties

Maintain professional image (dress code) and conduct at all time Ensure proficiency with Pharmacy System Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Pharmacist direction, and adhere to all legal requirements, including provincial and federal regulations and bi law Maintaining cleanliness of work space

Requirements and Qualifications

Previous pharmacy experience is preferred (basis of starting wage) More than one year of customer service experience Willingness to learn and ability to learn new things Detail oriented in tasks and strict in following given policies and procedures Proficient communication skills Proficient computer skills (preferably in POS systems) MUST be available full time Monday to Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
