I Care Pharmacy I.D.A. in Guelph is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our growing team. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about healthcare and committed to providing an excellent patient experience.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Location: Guelph, Ontario, Canada Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (subject to change based on pharmacy needs) Software Used: Kroll (paperless system)
Key ResponsibilitiesDSA

Assist the pharmacist with day-to-day operations Enter patient and prescription information accurately Prepare and package prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist Answer phone calls and assist customers at the counter Maintain inventory and stock shelves Process prescription pick-ups and manage cash register transactions Help patients with over-the-counter product inquiries
Qualifications

Previous pharmacy or retail experience is an asset Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computer systems and handling data entry Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
