Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll play an integral part in our pharmacy's success by handling a variety of tasks, including:
Delivering outstanding customer service, including answering phones and accepting prescriptions.
Ensuring accurate and complete prescription information from patients.
Assisting the Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacist with filling prescriptions.
Preparing and managing blister packs.
Completing cash transactions and preparing orders for pick-up and delivery.
Receiving, organizing, and stocking product orders.
Managing inventory, including performing cycle counts and restocking consumables.
Maintaining patient profiles and ensuring accurate record-keeping and scanning.
Assisting with front-shop merchandising to enhance the customer experience.
Performing other pharmacy-related duties as required.
Requirements
We're looking for candidates who demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, and a patient-first approach. The ideal candidate will have:
Education: High school diploma or greater.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a pharmacy setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with KROLL pharmacy software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
Self-Reliance: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Customer Service Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and support.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in completing tasks and managing inventory.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
