Job Description



Gateway Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy serving the community of East/North Kildonan. At Gateway Pharmacy, we're focused on building relationships with members of the community and delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care.

Prescription data entry (KROLL proficiency an asset)

Process customer transactions (receive and release prescriptions)

Receive in-person and telephone refill requests and record deliveries

Prescription Compounding

Pill Pack Assembly

Filing prescriptions, ordering and replenishing supplies, cleaning

Drug order

Administrative Duties: cycle counts, return to stocks

Assist with other pharmacy operations as required
EDUCATION REQUIRMENT: Pharmacy Assistant certificate from a recognized Canadian College OR will consider applicants with 1 year retail Canadian Pharmacy Experience in lieu of certificate While all responses are appreciated only those being considered for interviews will be acknowledged.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
