Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting pharmacy operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of medications and services to our patients. This position requires a strong understanding of pharmacy practices, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities



Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently. Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding medications and health products. Maintain inventory levels by restocking medications and supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards, including maintaining cleanliness and organization in the pharmacy area. Perform medication intake processes, including verifying prescriptions and patient information. Document medication administration accurately in patient records as required.

Skills



Strong background in patient service and patient care practices. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to pharmacy operations. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
