Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee our pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, acute care, and medication administration, with experience in long term care setting settings and knowledge of retail pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the pharmacy department, including staff supervision, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure the accurate dispensing of medications and provide clinical oversight
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures
- Monitor work standards
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to pharmacy staff

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of Kroll Software

-2 plus yeas of Pharmacy assistant experience
- Long term care related experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within pharmacy settings
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
