Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy and Front Store Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing exceptional patient service, supporting pharmacy operations, and assisting with medication management in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Duties

Participation in daily pharmacy activities Provide excellent patient service by answering questions and guiding patients through pharmacy procedures Patient greeting and confirmation of accuracy of all prescription information prior to filling Accurate data entry and dispensing of prescriptions Manage front store responsibilities such as inventory management, stocking, and customer assistance Maintenance of Pharmacy stock through inventory control systems Attending to general inquires from patients both in store and on telephone Communication with other health care professionals Perform cashier responsibilities as required Maintenance of front store inventory and merchandising All other duties as assigned

Positive, cooperative and team-oriented attitude Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented Strong communication skills Strong patient service skills with a focus on patient care and safety Willingness to learn new skills and be flexible to work all shifts within our hours of operation, which includes weekends Proficient computer/data entry skills Professional demeanor and courteous Previous pharmacy experience is required Experience with Kroll is required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 40 per week
